Product Overview
Sumet® Pro Herbicide is a broad-spectrum, post-emergent effective for the control of different broad-leaf weeds and sedges in transplanted and direct-seeded rice. It is systemic in nature which inhibits cell division in the shoots and roots of the plant and inhibits essential amino acid synthesis.
Sumet® Pro provides weed management in rice for a longer period through its contact and residual soil activity. Target weeds for Sumet® Pro are Cyperus iria, Bergia capensis, Cyperus difformis, Sagitaria sagitifolia, Fimbristylis miliacea, Eclipta alba, Monochoria vaginalis, Marsilea quadrifolia, Sphenoclea zeylanica, Commelina benghalensis etc.
