It is widely grown in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Maharashtra states in India. Groundnuts are a great blend of healthy fats, protein, fiber and are a good source of potassium, calcium and vitamin B. Groundnut is grown by millions of farmers in 5 to 6 million hectares of land in India today.
