THE DRONE SHOTS

Demand Generation is critical for success in our industry. That’s where the product KPIs and ultimate Value Delivery is showcased to farmers via a variety of engagement formats. A satisfied prospect thus converts into a customer.

Usage of Drone cameras to capture the beauty of our demonstration plots.2020 has had us not only fight the Covid pandemic, but also discover fresh formats of consumer engagement, one of which is e-Fields (covered in the previous issue). And each of these formats brought along numerous possibilities of technology integration and improvisation – the latest being the usage of Drone cameras to capture the beauty of our demonstration plots.

Drone shots of Soybean Field.Authority® NXT, the next-gen Herbicide has been launched for Soybean farmers in Maharashtra this year; turned out to be a perfect fit for our pilot project. While our team was anyway directly connected with 27000+ farmers via WhatsApp Video Calls, Zoom and direct visits, we thought of taking e-Fields also to the next level with High Definition Drone Cameras.

Drone shots of Soybean Field.Authority® NXT provides a superior weed control from Day 1, and at 40DAS the KPIs are most prominent with healthy crop growing in a neat and clean, weed free field. We used Drone camera to capture shots at 4 feet, 10 feet, 70 feet and further up to 100 feet height for an aerial view of the treated plot. The beauty of the output was stunning; some glimpses are given here.

We have planned the next shoot at 85-90DAS, after the application of Coragen® in flowering stage. At this stage not only the KPIs of the Herbicide but the result of a superior pest protection visible in vigorous green and densely fruited crop will also be captured. These videos thus will be used for farmer meetings at various forums to generate excitement and demand for our products.

Drone cameras have showed us a new 100feet high horizon, full of immense possibilities. And we’ll be utilizing it to the best in coming times.
