Product Overview
Designed for challenging growing conditions, Optimize® FXC DS provides soybeans with the nitrogen they need, even when growing conditions are less than ideal. The dual-strain Bradyrhizobium provides more consistent nitrogen fixation, enabling the soybean plant to develop strong roots more quickly.
It's an excellent choice for all fields as environmental conditions are never predicable and Optimize® FXC DS is designed for consistency across a range of conditions.
In fields where rhizobia populations may be low, such as after long rotations out of soybeans or in soils affected by drought or flooding, Optimize® FXC DS is especially effective as part of a double inoculation program. Used together with Cell-Tech® or TagTeam®, it helps establish higher rhizobia levels to ensure more robust nodulation and maximize soybean yield potential.
In a typical legume crop, the plant sends out flavonoid signals to attract rhizobia, the bacteria that fix nitrogen. Once they receive the message, the rhizobia respond with an LCO signal that tells the plant that they are a specific match and the plant can start the process of allowing the rhizobia to enter in order to convert atmospheric nitrogen into a plant available form in nodules. An additional benefit is the improved mycorrhizae association, which helps provide essential nutrients to the plant.
With Optimize® FXC DS, that conversation starts earlier. Thanks to LCO Promoter Technology™, nodulation begins sooner, nitrogen is converted faster, and soybeans get off to a stronger start, regardless of soil type, temperature, or variety.
