Banana

Banana (Musa sp.) is a herbaceous flowering plant that is normally tall and fairly sturdy, the trunk is a false stem or pseudostem. The fruit is edible and elongated,  varies in size, color and firmness with soft flesh rich in starch and Potassium. Banana plants can be cultivated in a wide variety of soils with good drainage and not compacted.

Banana is one of the most important agricultural produce in terms of export earnings.
