Cabbage

Cabbage (Brassica oleracea) is a leafy vegetable grown as an annual crop and belongs to the cole crops or brassicas that is closely related to broccoli and cauliflower. Cabbage is rich in vitamin K, vitamin C and dietary fiber and can be prepared in various ways like pickled, fermented, steamed, sauteed or eaten raw.
