Quick Facts

Root-Knot-Nematodes (Meloidogyne spp.) are a costly and persistent challenge for Australian growers, causing extensive crop yield and quality losses every year in many crops, including sweet potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, capsicums, cucurbits and many others. Currently registered nematicides often have application restrictions or may not be allowed on certain crops.

That's why we're excited to introduce Catulia®, a next-generation bionematicide developed by FMC.

WHAT'S DIFFERENT ABOUT CATULIA®:

  • Multiple modes of action: Patented bacteria strains selected for their natural nematicidal ability to protect the crop's roots via multiple modes of action.
  • Proven performance: Catulia® Bionematicide shows promising results in local trials in vegetable-growing regions across Australia.
  • Protects the marketable yield
  • Flexible & safe applicationpack
  • Zero MRLs expected
  • Proposed for use in all vegetable crops and all soil types
  • Convenient liquid formulation compatible with synthetic products
  • Spore based product offering a minimum 2-year shelf life
  • No special storage or shipping conditions required
