Tobacco

Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) belongs to Solanaceae (nightshade) family. It is being cultivated for its leaves, dried and cured mainly used for smoking in cigarettes and cigars. 

Tobacco contains a higher concentration of nicotine and does not contain tropane alkaloids than other species under Solanaceae.
