7.2 Prior to the commencement of the Promotion, each Participating Store is allocated a sales KPI by the Promoter, having regard to the Participating Store's historical Vantacor® sales performance and market circumstances. High Roller Chips will be awarded based on the percentage of the applicable KPI achieved, rather than absolute sales volumes, in accordance with the predetermined High Roller Chip allocation schedule established by the Promoter before the commencement of the Promotion. The allocation methodology will be applied consistently to all Participating Stores throughout the Promotion and will not be varied during the Promotion. The High Roller Chip allocation methodology has been designed to normalise earning opportunities across Participating Stores of different sizes by measuring performance against each store's allocated KPI rather than absolute sales volumes.

(c) acknowledge that the Promoter may edit or adapt the content at its discretion, provided such use does not materially misrepresent the original intent of the content and to the extent permissible by law waives all moral rights in those works.
7.6 High Roller Chips are allocated evenly between Eligible Participants associated with the relevant Participating Store.
