Product Overview

Command 3ME microencapsulated herbicide allows growers to take charge of annual grasses that threaten their fields. Its unique formulation, clomazone, holds back weed pressure early for a clean seedbed, then protects tender rice seedlings in their first crucial weeks of stand establishment. Use Command 3ME microencapsulated herbicide as a foundation of your weed control program, applying before, at or early postplant.

Command 3ME microencapsulated herbicide targets major weeds with strong control of  barnyardgrass, broadleaf signalgrass, crabgrass, panicum and the sprangletop species.

Command 3ME microencapsulated herbicide is an excellent choice for Clearfield rice production systems. It can be applied preplant surface or preemergence in Clearfield rice, regardless of tillage system. Applying a residual base herbicide in front of Clearfield rice helps manage weed resistance and reduces early-season weed competition, helping to maximum yields.

This herbicide can also be used in sweet potato and tobacco production to control competitive grasses and broadleaf weeds.
