In ANZ, we take pride in our commitment to sustainability and innovation. In line with these values, we have adopted biodegradable measuring cylinders made from 100% recyclable cardboard. By opting for this eco-friendly alternative, we are not only meeting our operational needs but also minimizing our environmental footprint. These cardboard cylinders are not only functional and accurate in their measurements, but they also align with our efforts to reduce plastic waste and promote a greener future. Through this initiative, we're demonstrating our dedication to responsible practices and contributing to a more sustainable industry overall.
The first product to be rolled out utilising these biodegradable cones is Harmony® SG Herbicide, which is sold in New Zealand. Besides being eco-friendly they also have some bonus features:
- Water repellent so wet gloves will not impact cone integrity.
- Supplied flat to take up less room in Cartons.
- Easy to assemble.
- Easy to read – on the inside of the cone the increments are in two colours… black for even numbers, red for odd.
- Accurate.
