Jumping plant lice are sap-sucking pests that attack the shoots and young leaves of plants, particularly citrus and leucaena. The infestation causes leaf curling and stunted shoot growth, and they often act as vectors for deadly diseases such as CVPD (Citrus Vein Phloem Degeneration) in citrus crops.
