Accacia mangium
Acacia mangium is a woody plant belonging to the genus Acacia. In general, Acacia mangium reaches a height of more than 15 meters, except in less favorable places it will grow smaller between 7 - 10 meters. Old A. mangium trees are usually hard, rough, longitudinally grooved and vary in color from dark to light brown. It can also be said that newly germinated Acacia mangium seedlings have compound leaves consisting of many leaflets. These leaves are the same as the subfamily Mimosoideae for example Paraseanthes falcataria, Leucaena sp, after growing for several weeks Acacia mangium no longer produces true leaves but the main axis leaf stalk of each compound leaf grows wider and turns into phyllodae or pohyllocladus known as pseudo leaves, phyllocladus looks like a leaf growing in general. Acacia mangium can grow quickly and is resistant to various weather conditions, however, this plant requires special care if planted as a garden plant because its leaves often fall.
