For our new Technology Center in Schaffhausen (Switzerland) we are looking for a
GLOBAL Category Manager Diamides and NPI (m/f/d)
This role focuses exclusively on the continued success of FMC’s Diamides and the successful development of our New Product Introduction (NPI) molecules.
What you do with us
- You lead and develop your multinational team
Diamides
- You complete comprehensive evaluation of existing end to end approach and identify areas of change to ensure complete alignment with long term plan.
- You collaborate with Global Marketing and Supply Chain & Operations to ensure full procurement alignment with long-term diamide strategy.
- You develop full execution plan to implement successfully and execute on finalized strategic decision in a timely manner.
- You develop continuous improvement process to ensure assumptions made during planning remain valid, if not, determine path forward for appropriate adjustment to ensure continued success.
NPI
- You partner with key stakeholders across Research & Development, Supply Chain, Procurement, Legal and other functions to configure the most cost-effective and most resilient supply network. Influence decisions of product development teams to ensure security of supply, long term product profitability and sustainability
- You develop a strategic End-To-End supply chain network that is intentionally designed to balance efficiency, speed, and service
- You lead the transitions from NPI to Business as usual as each product reaches realization phase
Your qualification
- Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 5 years work experience. Majority of work experience should relate to Procurement
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Strategic sourcing expertise within complex global organizations.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, a proven influencer.
- Demonstrated experience managing senior internal stakeholders and senior external supply partners.
