SPRING PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Growers who follow the guidelines of the FMC Spring Preemergence Residual Soybean Herbicide Assurance at the minimum specified rate depending on use timing (see table below) will be eligible for an assurance payment of $5.00 - $10.00/A if the treatment does not maintain commercially acceptable 90% control of labeled weeds versus an untreated check within 15 days after the early POST application. The assurance funds are to be used toward a third application to achieve acceptable weed control. The assurance claim must be reported within 15 days after the early post application.

Spring preemergence applications must include labeled rates of Roundup® herbicide + 1.0 pt./A of 2,4-D or dicamba w/wo 1.0 fl. oz./A of Aim® EC herbicide to control emerged weeds. Follow all appropriate plant-back restrictions when using 2,4-D and dicamba products in soybeans according to labeling and soybean trait package.
