Hero® insecticide has long been a leader in achieving outstanding knockdown and residual performance across a broad range of soybean pests. An application of Hero insecticide or Hero insecticide plus Dimethoate insecticide to soybeans is recommended for effective control of soybean insects such as bean leaf beetles, stink bugs, soybean aphids, grasshoppers, green clover worm, thistle caterpillars, woolly-bear caterpillar, garden webworms, silver-spotted skipper and alfalfa caterpillar can result in defoliation and pod damage and yield reductions.

When Hero insecticide or Hero insecticide plus FMC Dimethoate 400 EC is applied and a second application is required for control of the aforementioned insects within 21 days due to soybean defoliation/damage exceeding 20% of the leaf area or soybean aphids because of heavy or late infestations based on the soybean aphids exceeding 250 aphids/plant within 21 days as set forth below (such determination shall be made solely by an FMC representative or an FMC authorized agent), FMC will reimburse up to $4.00/A or the cost of the respray product, whichever is less for a second labeled application of one of the following eligible FMC insecticides:
